Strategic use of low-cost offshore manufacturing facilities

NGi couples the technological capabilities and management style of Silicon Valley with the cost-efficiencies of offshore manufacturing. Our partner facilities in Asia and wide vendor relationships provide a highly cost-advantageous base for manufacturing operations. At the same time, our integrated operating and support structure and our innovative use of internet communications technology have enabled us to completely eliminate the logistical problems which often hamper multinational production.

Targeted specialization in transitioning mature product lines

NGi's experience and skills are tuned for efficiently and quickly transferring mature product lines to offshore manufacturing facilities, whether on a captive or non-captive basis. Our logistical team works closely with customer firms to plan and implement every aspect of the transition to outsourcing, identifying redundant resources and possible cost-savings, and determining the optimal control structure to achieve the maximum synergies.

Our proprietary production management system, ENGiS, allows us to monitor and control every aspect of our operations, from material procurement and plant floor scheduling to testing and shipment of products to end-users.
